Inspired by the Regent's passion for sailing, this room has been decorated in shades of coral and green and features a blend of 18th century European furniture: Austrian bookcases, Provençal wardrobes, a Louis Philippe desk and a French style chaise longue.
The living room can be shared with the guests staying atVirreina de Nueva España for groups traveling together.
Featuring different shades of green and coral, this room evokes a sea inspired experience. The furniture is a blend of rare, antique items from all over the world: Austrian bookcases from the early 18th century, antique oriental rugs, Chinese vases, a Louis Philippe desk in larch from mid-19th century Central Europe, desks upholstered in wool and rugs from former New Spain.
Crowned by a Florentine crystal and bronze chandelier, the room is also equipped with English linens and velvets,rare items from the East India Company, a romantic Louis XVI-style chaise longue and two comfortable English armchairs. The bathroom features a large shower with a seat fitted between the original wood beams and a large washbasin in gilded ceramic.
